Microsoft Outlook add-in developed for processing and syncing data between Microsoft Outlook and web-based CRM system. Add-in allows syncing address lists (custom, GAL), mailbox data (inbox/sent folder), processing emails (sender, recipients, attachments, category) based on the sender's data (is/not CRM user), creating output PDF report containing list of processed/synced emails.
